Vanilla Bean Iced Latte

What you need:

Fresh brewed espresso (or strong coffee) – about 2 oz
1–2 tsp vanilla syrup (or ½ tsp vanilla extract + 1 tsp simple syrup)
Milk of choice
Ice

Step-by-step:

1. Brew your coffee
Pull a shot of espresso or brew a small, strong cup of coffee.

2. Mix the flavor
While it’s hot, stir in the vanilla syrup until fully combined.

3. Fill your glass
Add ice to a glass.

4. Pour & swirl
Pour the vanilla coffee over the ice.

5. Add milk
Top with your favorite milk.

6. Final touch
Give it a quick stir and add a tiny splash of vanilla on top for extra aroma.

Pro tip: For a coffeehouse-style vanilla latte, use vanilla bean syrup and shake the espresso and syrup together before pouring over ice.

Enjoy food trucks, live blacksmith demonstrations, and of course shopping! The KMSP Crafts & Farmers Market is from 10am-3pm, admission or annual pass required for entry.
