Let’s Get on Track!!

🔥 Alright Clifton Forge — let’s get moving. 👟☕

We’re kicking off Lyrik’s Run Club on Saturday, March 7th at 8am, meeting at Lyrik’s Cafe — and we’re running it every Saturday through the spring and summer.

This isn’t about pace or pressure. It’s about showing up, moving your body, and being part of something good. Run it, jog it, or walk it — walkers are more than welcome. Kids, families, and first-timers too.

We’ll head out rain or shine, then come back together at the cafe for coffee, laughs, and community.
