Updated my coffee snob offerings, double-washed organic Ethiopian, and a double-washed Burundi. They are both extremely smooth, complex, and full of flavor (flavorfull!) Try one and you might find that pinkie raised.

This is a traditional double washed coffee from Gedeo, Ethiopia produced by Desta Gola at the Adame Gorbota Cooperative. Going back and forth between mom’s peppermint creamer, and dad’s black and bold coffee, prefers it black. Also enjoys straight espresso. It’s going down if you don’t share with him.

Don’t freak out it’s decaf (most of the time 😎)

Restocked the Coffee Snob - Bolivia! I actually bought all the remaining boxes, Make sure you order some before I drink it all. Also, have about 15lbs of Guatemalan left. Soooo good chasing down that pumpkin pie.

This coffee is from the Crown Jewel line of Royal Coffee importers, and man, does it live up to the hype. Guatemala - Washed Cimarrona
This is a direct trade with a coffee family from Guatemala. However, not just any coffee family, but a 6 time winner (including 2022) of the Cup of Excellence award, which is the most prestigious coffee award in the world. The farm, El Retiro de Quisaya, is a heritage farm of Carlos Ortega Alburez. It is from a region in Guatemala known as Cimarrona, which is kind of neat given that I am a few hundred yards from the Cimarron River. It is bold, smooth, almondy, toffeey, chocolatey, and raisiny...and fantastic.
