Has everything you need to break into the worlds of food trucks or competition bbq.
INSIDE: 36" Six-burner range w/ oven. 40 lb. deep fryer w/ cover & 2 baskets. 48" three-well steam table. Commercial grade upright refrigerator & upright freezer (23 cubic feet each). 28" Commercial grade sandwich prep cooler w/ cutting board. Insulated electric warming cabinet w/ clear door (34 pan capacity). Six foot hood system w/ stainless steel backsplash & custom, restaurant grade fire suppression system. Three compartment sink & handwash sink with 40 gallon fresh water tank & 50 gallon waste water tank. On demand LP-gas tankless water heater. Two 15,000 BTU air conditioners (need new filters). Rubber, coin plated flooring for entire interior. Six foot custom built stainless steel counter with two drawers and two under-counter cupboards. Custom built over-sink cupboards with three doors.

SMOKER: Specially installed on the "porch" is a "Papa Beck" smoker from Beck Built Smokers in Norcross, GA. Smoker is 84" tall, 30" deep and a full 7' wide. Smoker is a cabinet style wood-fed Smoker with custom Propane assist burner. Features a warming cabinet with Propane assist & 3 shelves and three large racks inside the smoke chamber.

OUTSIDE: Eight foot "porch" with three gull-wing doors, two 110 volt outlets & special low-voltage LED overhead lights.
11,000 watt GL1100 Kubota Diesel generator. Sixteen foot electric awning with custom color changing LWD light strip. Super-Therm heat reflective thermal roof paint. Back-up camera (needs new monitor). LED running lights. Electric brakes. Custom built spoiler. 2 pairs of scissor jack stabilizers. Custom five foot concession window folding shelf & gull-wing door. Two 100 lb. up tanks with cutoff valves and each station. Trailer wrapped in special poly-core .080 aluminum paneling that sits over fully insulated walls with the custom black-out package. 50 amp RV package for connecting to "shore power" with city water connection also.

Trailer sits on dual 7000 lb axles with 8-lug Spider mag wheels (also has a spare tire). Hitch size is 2 5/16.

Dear Soul Mates, due to the increased cost of doing business, we have decided it's time to move on to new adventures. The last 4½ years have been nothing, if not incredible! We're blessed and grateful for all the new friends and opportunities this adventure has given us and the memories that will stay with us forever. David's keeping the big trailer (for now), for the occasional special event or Sunday pop-up in the future, but for now, we are retiring the business to focus on our future. That being said, we are selling our food truck & the new, smaller trailer. If you know anyone who'd be interested in either, please reach out to David!
