I have gotten several questions about this cookie 🍪🍪🍪🍪
⭐It's a big ass chocolate chip cookie.
Soft. Keeps for several days.
Full of choc chips and chunks.
6.5-7oz before baking. It's as big as my face.
Yes you can upgrade to nuts, dried fruit, chips, marshmallow. Etc.
💲 Classic $7 each plus tax.
(Minimum Order 4 each)

🎂💒 125+ servings and 10dz cookies.
I loved this cake design. So light, fresh & elegant. Here you see me piping a bit of buttercream to cover the seam at the bottom edge of the top tier. Normally I deliver a cake fully set up....but this was 4 tiers and that wont fit in my cake safe, so I packed it separately.
Hopefully the event photographer comes through, as my pics never have great lighting 🤣🤣 But i do what I can!!

On this Day.....13 YEARS AGO!!!!

Man how time flies! I miss working at Le Cordon Bleu Chicago. I became "Chef Jeannie" in that place.
🖤👨🏽‍🍳👩🏾‍🍳 I had the world's most fabulous students, a lot of them became my good friends. My co workers were the very best too. Such talent & kind hearts in that building. To bad it all came crashing down due to corporate greed and mismanagement....student loans taking advantage of young people just wanting to learn!
Today things are a LITTLE different. Haha my class size is much smaller. But i have like 8 million kitchen aid mixers and they Allllllll have attachments. And my convection ovens are 👌alright!👌👌 and there's 4 of them. And I do not have to "study" before class, cuz haha 13 years later I give pastry arts lectures in my sleep. Think Jeannie is quiet, reserved....she doesn't talk much??❓❓ 🤣🤣 Come see me in class lol I never shut up & I can get pretty loud too.
