Festival season is ending, but The Whimsical Sip isn’t hibernating! 🍄✨

After a year of experimenting, learning and listening, we’re taking what worked best into the holidays and 2027: small-batch treats, creative food experiences, gifts and gatherings.

Our favorite little place to vend is The Rabbit Hole in Waterford. Come see us in September for our selection of adaptogen-infused artisan chocolates, mini-cakes and fresh bagels both made with home-rendered grass fed beef tallow.

We’ll have some homemade ice cream treats and our fabulous selection of booze free craft cocktails infused with botanicals and adaptogens, nitro coffee, ginseng infused matcha and probiotic marshmallow cream sodas.

What an outstanding day. The Whimsical Sip helped celebrate a new friend’s 69th and a half birthday. Winter birthdays are tough - but half birthdays make pool parties possible for everyone 🙂

Oh how I wish I took more pictures. We enjoyed blueberry thyme lemonade and blueberry rose spritzers, I made a few bloody mindful cocktails, and put together a booze free adaptogenic espresso manhattan that was outstanding.

The best part of being behind the bar is experimentation and see customers eyes light up when they are surprised by how much they enjoy their drink.

We also brought our homemade ice cream! Rich Vanilla Custard, mint chocolate chip custard, mint frozen yogurt that was refreshingly sour and sweet at the same time (made with kefir), and our Ritz Carmelton served in tiny coffee cups made from chocolate infused with ashwaganda.

Now Booking parties for fall, and taking preorders for meal delivery or pick up.
