Spotlight🤩✨Today the Youth Food Justice Spring interns raised money for during the Spring Market! They sold a variety of seedlings, freshly harvested mustard greens, swiss chard, lavender, and handcrafted tea all sourced from their high school garden 🪴 Way to go!!!

Congratulations to the students that just completed the Youth Food Justice Internship program this Fall!! Interns helped care for the school gardens, lead cooking demonstrations to make healhty afterschool snacks for peers, facilitate activities during Garden Club, learn about agriculture and nutrition topics throughout the 8 weeks, AND for their final group project hosted a fundraiser for during the Holiday Market!! We are so proud of you and know you will continue to be incredible leaders in the community!
