MABOMEN is our Ramen of the Week! 🍜🔥 Shoyu ramen with intense (but not too intense) pork Mabo tofu topping. Spicy, sweet, salty, and sour, this one hits all the flavor notes. A wonderful example of Chuka Ryōri.
