What an incredible and unforgettable week for Mama Afrique Nigerian Cuisine! ❤️💛💚

We were honored to be a panelist at APNET's AfriFest Mix & Mingle at Rhinegeist Brewery, where I had the privilege of sharing the story behind Mama Afrique, our culture, and the journey of bringing authentic Nigerian cuisine to Cincinnati.

Then, that weekend, you all came out in full force at AfriFest Cincy!

A heartfelt thank you to APNET, the AfriFest organizers, our amazing customers, friends, family, volunteers, and everyone who continues to believe in and support Mama Afrique. Your encouragement inspires us to keep going!

This is only the beginning. More exciting things are coming!!

Today was a special milestone for Mama Afrique Nigerian Cuisine! ❤️💚

Mama had the honor of appearing on this morning to share our passion for Nigerian cuisine and invite everyone to AfriFest Cincinnati.

What started as a dream in 2021 has grown into an opportunity to introduce our culture, hospitality, and authentic flavors to the Cincinnati community.

Thank you to Local 12 for the opportunity, and thank you to everyone who has supported Mama Afrique along this journey.

Join us at AfriFest Cincinnati on July 18 and experience our award-winning Jollof Rice & Braised Oxtail, the dish that earned the Best of Taste . We can't wait to share delicious food, culture, music, and community with you!

Despite the rain trying to slow things down, you showed up, supported us, and made this event truly unforgettable. We are beyond grateful to every customer, friend, family member, volunteer, and supporter who stopped by our booth.

To top it all off, we were honored to win Best of Taste 2026 for our Braised Oxtail & Smoky Jollof Rice! 🏆 This achievement would not have been possible without your continued love and support.
