We truly cannot thank this community enough for the incredible support you’ve shown Bresina’s Carry Out these past few weeks. The response has honestly exceeded anything we could have imagined.
We are working hard every week to increase food orders, prep more inventory, and keep up with demand while still making sure quality stays consistent.
We also want to kindly explain that if you cannot get through on the phone, it does not mean the phones are off or broken. The lines are ringing nonstop while our staff is actively taking orders and helping customers in-store at the same time. If we stop answering, it’s usually because we’ve reached the point where we physically cannot fulfill more orders for the night without compromising quality or wait times.
We completely understand how frustrating that can be, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we continue adjusting and growing.
A friendly reminder as well:
Large orders over 30 pieces must be called in at least 24 hours ahead of time so we can properly prepare for them.
Thank you again for supporting our small business, showing kindness to our staff, and giving us grace while we navigate this incredible growth. We see it, we appreciate it, and we’re doing everything we can to serve you all the best we can. ❤️
