Our Covid-19 response: Due to the high price of cleaning supplies, we will not be sanitizing our tables and surfaces between diners. Instead, customers will receive 2 shots of whiskey along with their spicy noodles to combat the coronavirus. We are also instituting a BYOTP policy due to absurdity of hoarding toilet paper at Costco.

We are trying a new buffet option, but please abide by the following rule. Customer Care is our Numero Uno priority.

Due to the trade tariffs, we are unable to import rats at a cost that’s sustainable for our business. Therefore, we’ll be using local Chicago alley rats instead of grass-fed rats from China.

In order to keep costs down, we use just-in-time ingredients that are on the verge of expiration.
