Superbowl Appetizer! BRINED CHICKEN WINGS W/ HARISSA: Brine--Combine salt, water, sugar. Cook so salt dissolves. Add pepper, vinegar. Cool. Add 1lb wings. Cover, refrigerate 3 hrs. Pull out of brine. Harissa--Puree ingredients in blender. Chicken--Combine pepper, flour, garlic powder. Dry brined chicken, then toss with flour mixture. Fry 360degrees for 10-12 mins. Toss with harissa. Serve and enjoy!

Superbowl Appetizer! BRINED CHICKEN WINGS W/ HARISSA: Brine--4c water, 3tbsp salt, 3tbsp aleppo pepper, 2tbsp white vinegar, 1/4c sugar. Chicken--1lb wings, oil for frying, 1c flour, black pepper, 1tsp garlic powder. Harissa--1c, 1/2c olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2c hot chili powder, 1tbsp coriander, 1tsp salt, 2oz roast pepper.
