One of my inspirations is Lem's Bar-B-Q House !! I literally drove to Chicago just to visit them. Eat, and pay homage! I love their BBQ (Wood grilled to perfection and Southern Savory Flavors with a mildly sweet Sauce 😋)! I promise you can just eat The Tips and bread and be GOOD 👍🏿 !! I thought about bringing my Peach Cobbler Sauce but foolishly I second guessed myself but I was honored that The Great James Lemon’s daughter asked me “Soooo Where’s The Sauce”??? I’m never second guessing myself again!! I’m definitely heading back to Chicago (SOON ) with my sauce because it’s all about Changing Lives!!
