Entre Suenos Sueños X Soho is a borderless Baja mariscos (seafood) concept by Chef Stephen Sandoval. The decor is expressive, cohesive and experiential.

Featuring raw oysters, ceviche, tostadas, wood-fired seafood, specialty cocktails and wine. The Entre Sueños Experience is a dining event by Chef Stephen Sandoval (former Executive Chef of Leña Brava, Chicago). Entre Sueños is a story of travel, heritage and personal discovery. Chef Stephen’s has worked for highly acclaimed, Michelin and James Beard awarded restaurants in San Francisco, Argentina,

Spain, Mexico and New Orleans. The creative style of Chef Stephen is highly influenced by Latin and Mediterranean flavors. The cuisine “Baja-Med” is best associated with his style of cooking—a new-age cuisine emerging from Baja Mexico known for its freedom it allows Chefs to integrate personal and multi-cultural influences. Plates of fresh seafood, meats, seasonal produce are commonly met with wood fire techniques and an array of flavors.
