The sweetest night 🍯

turns out there’s a lot to learn from a jar of honey. last night, WindyCityPollen | Urban Beekeepers walked thirty guests through the season’s harvest - tasting the notes, understanding the hive, scraping the comb, and bottling their own jars to take home. Charcuterie to close it out.

Another bee event is coming in October - stay tuned. 🐝
