Our BBB Certificate of Accreditation. United Grinds Coffee — accredited since July 2022, and now renewed and valid through July 2027.
Four years in, and the standard hasn't moved an inch.
Accreditation isn't something you buy and hang on a wall. The Better Business Bureau asks you to commit to eight Standards of Trust — Build Trust, Advertise Honestly, Tell the Truth, Be Transparent, Honor Promises, Be Responsive, Safeguard Privacy, Embody Integrity — and then they hold you to them.
Honestly? That list is just how we try to run this company anyway. Free delivery on wholesale orders. Swap a coffee anytime it isn't a fit — no argument, no restocking song and dance. Text us your order and we'll take care of it. Our customers always win.
