❤️ FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART — THANK YOU! ❤️

I want to personally thank EVERYONE who came out and supported Paul Paul’s Asian Cajun and Soul on our opening day! 🙏🏾❤️

Was it a struggle? YES.
Did everything go perfectly? NO.
But one thing I can proudly say is… WE DID IT! 💪🏾🔥

We didn’t have the experienced staff we had hoped to have after holding open interviews, and when opening day came, I could have easily been standing there trying to do everything by myself.

But that’s when my friends and family stepped up.

And I have to give a VERY SPECIAL shoutout to my 11- and 13-year-old daughters. ❤️ These two young ladies VOLUNTEERED to step in and help save their dad on opening day. They had ZERO restaurant experience, but they worked HARD, stayed strong, listened, learned on the fly, and did everything they could to help us get through the day.

Yes, some orders got behind.
Yes, the wait was longer than we wanted.
Yes, some customers left.
Yes, there were complaints.

But those girls DIDN’T GIVE UP. They heard the complaints, felt the pressure, and still kept pushing. They took it like champs, and as their father, I couldn’t be more proud of them. ❤️

What many people didn’t know was that behind the scenes, my friends and family were literally coming together to make sure Paul Paul’s Asian Cajun and Soul succeeded. Without them stepping in, I would have been left trying to handle opening day alone.

So before anyone focuses on what went wrong, I want to recognize the people who stepped up when I needed them the most.

THANK YOU TO MY FAMILY. THANK YOU TO MY FRIENDS. THANK YOU TO MY DAUGHTERS. AND THANK YOU TO EVERY CUSTOMER WHO SHOWED US PATIENCE, GRACE, LOVE AND SUPPORT. 🙏🏾

Opening day taught us a lot. We know what we need to improve, and we WILL improve. This is only the beginning.

We may have struggled, but WE PULLED THROUGH. WE FINISHED THE DAY. AND PAUL PAUL’S ASIAN CAJUN AND SOUL IS OFFICIALLY OPEN! 🔥🍤🍗❤️

The wait is almost over… Our official opening at Frontier Mall is Saturday!!!

We’ve received quite a few messages over the last few days asking when we open, Some are saying they smell us cooking in here. Some even accusing us of having fun without you… We’d never do that!

We have had a few nights of cooking, training and a family night.
We are sorry to get those tastebuds watering for nothing but Saturday is the day! We will be open, ready and waiting. With plenty of smiles and hush puppies!

Come and see us at the Frontier Mall this Saturday from 10am-8pm!!

We are beyond excited to begin this new chapter in our lives with the opening of Paul Paul's Asian Cajun & Soul at Frontier Mall!

From the very beginning, the Cheyenne community has believed in us. Your support, encouragement, and honest feedback have helped shape our dream into a reality. Without each and every one of you, this moment would not be possible.

Bringing a new Asian, Cajun, and Soul food experience to Cheyenne was exciting—but it was also a little scary. We didn't know how it would be received. Instead, you welcomed us with open arms, embraced our food, and made us feel like family.

Now, it's our turn to welcome you.

We invite you to gather around our tables, share great food, make memories, and become part of the Paul Paul's family for years to come. Whether you're stopping in for a bowl of our signature gumbo, a rich étouffée, or one of our Asian-Cajun fusion favorites, we promise to serve every meal with passion, love, and Southern hospitality.
