⚔️🛡️ A wedding for the history books! 🛡️⚔️

When this couple told me their wedding theme was Viking, Celtic, and D&D inspired, with guests dressing in full costume, I knew this was going to be something special. It was completely outside the box of anything I’ve ever created before—and I absolutely accepted the challenge.

After weeks of planning and dreaming up ideas, the centerpiece of the grazing display became an incredible handcrafted Viking ship, loaded with sandwiches and overflowing with themed details. We even draped prosciutto from the sails to complete the look! It was bold, unique, and honestly one of the most fun tables I’ve ever had the opportunity to create.

A huge thank you to my friend Ryan Johnson for taking my crazy vision and bringing it to life. The Viking ship exceeded every expectation and became the showpiece of the entire display. I couldn’t have done it without you!

This is one of the things I love most about what I do—every event tells a different story, and sometimes those stories involve longships, legends, and a little bit of fantasy. Thank you to this amazing couple for trusting me with your vision and allowing me to be part of such an unforgettable day.

We had the pleasure of catering a stunning celebration filled with delicious food, great company, and unforgettable memories.

The menu featured a full spread including savory chicken skewers, creamy mac & cheese, fresh sandwiches, and plenty of grazing favorites for guests to enjoy. And to top it all off, they added our bartending services—where the espresso martinis were an absolute hit! 🍸☕️
