KNOW YOUR BEEF.

There’s a lot of conversation about beef right now.

Where it comes from.
What you're actually buying.
What you're feeding your family.

So we want to make something VERY clear.

🥩 Our beef is 100% USA BEEF.

🥩 We proudly serve Certified Angus Beef®.

🥩 And when you walk into The New York Butcher Shoppe, you can TALK TO THE BUTCHER cutting your steak.

No mystery.

No guessing.

Just high-quality American beef cut fresh by people who know beef.

Whether you're taking home a couple of ribeyes for the grill or sitting down in our W**e Bar and letting us cook one for you, we believe you should KNOW YOUR BEEF.

DON’T JUST BUY BEEF. KNOW YOUR BEEF.
STOP IN. TALK TO YOUR BUTCHER. TAKE HOME SOMETHING GREAT.

American Beef.
🥩 Certified Angus Beef®.
🔪 Cut by your local butcher.

That's what you'll find in our case.

That's what you'll find on your plate.

That's The New York Butcher Shoppe.
