For everyone that always asks me why I don't open a restaurant... On top of staffing issues and higher overhead, this is why. It just doesn't work. Especially with these ridiculous food costs nowadays. I watched JJ's go out of business and Nathan's flop in Rock Hill in the past few years for these exact reasons.

On the way to our event yesterday I drove right into a "down burst" where very strong gusts of wind are pushed down and concentrated into a vortex. Confirmed it with radar and reports. Welp, we got caught in the vortex. Couldn't see anything, debris flew past us and the truck and trailer were shaking a bit. All I could do was stop and put my double blinkers on. Scary stuff but we made it on time! 😅
