After more than four wonderful years serving the Chapin community, we want to share that Bakon Southern Eatery has officially been sold and will be closing under our ownership.
What began as a dream to bring Southern hospitality, great food, and memorable brunch experiences to Chapin became so much more because of all of you. We are incredibly grateful to our guests, team members, friends, and supporters who made Bakon a special place for so many celebrations, family meals, and weekend traditions.
This decision was not made lightly. As restaurant owners, we’ve chosen to focus our efforts and future growth on our steakhouse concepts, which we believe best align with our expertise and long-term vision.
We are excited to share that the restaurant has been acquired by new owners who plan to introduce a new concept for the community. We wish them tremendous success as they begin this next chapter.
To everyone who walked through our doors over the past three years: thank you. Your support, loyalty, and friendship meant everything to us. We are proud of what we built together and look forward to continuing to serve you at Chophouse of Chapin and Cork & Cleaver Steakhouses.
