What you see here is a product of a year long process so far. My wife Jennifer and I, both have small businesses we run online. But we wanted to give back to the community. We decided that we should open a sub shop as we have much experience In this area. And what better place than Chaffee, MO., our small community could really benefit from this little shop. What you are looking at in the picture below is our windows and doors decals. Now that may not seem like much to you reading this, but this represents a huge step in our adventure, the realization that this is happening. We have been gathering our equipment slowly, piece by piece. We are now around 99% complete with all the equipment. Our next step is to sign our lease and remodel the building. While I know that is a lot of work, but to us that is the last step before we can get inspected and open. Follow along the journey with us!! We can’t wait to serve you some great sandwiches!!
