Rainy days call for a cozy moment. 🌧️☕ There’s nothing better than a warm cup of coffee and these irresistible banana oat muffins. The best part? They are super healthy and guilt free 😋

Recipe for 4-6 muffins
Ingredients:
• 1 ripe banana (the riper, the better for natural sweetness)
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons of almond milk (unsweetened)
• 1/2 cup of almond flour
• 1/4 cup of rolled oats
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• A handful of dark chocolate chips
• Optional: A pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
3. Mix in the egg and almond milk.
4. Add the almond flour, oats, and baking powder. Stir until well combined.
5. Fold in most of the dark chocolate chips (save a few for the top!).
6. Pour the batter into muffin liners.
7. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
