There's a new batch of fresh coffees at the Modest Barber! The Colombian is certified organic if you're into that. The Mexican coffee is sourced from the high-altitude regions of Chiapas, Oaxaca, and Veracruz. Both are great Daily drinkers. Nothing crazy here. If you're into something exotic and fruity I'll be roasting some Ethiopian for next week's batch. Get in a chair this week for a fresh cut and find your rhythm with some fresh roasted beans!

If you've tried some of our coffee we'd love to hear from you! Let us know your favorite roasts or flavor profiles! Dark roasts (Tattoo) Medium roast (Cadence) and the rare light roast (Rataplan). Do you like dark and toasty, light and exotic or somewhere in-between?
