Hey y’all! Hope this finds you doing well! The team has been on hold for the last year or so due to covid and such. This weekend marks the return of the Burnin Benjamin’s to the competition circuit! We will be in Belvedere, IL for Heritage Days at the Boone County Fairgrounds! We are fortunate enough to have an old friend joining us this weekend. Yes! It’s true! Neil has come out of retirement, or permanent vacation, or whatever you want to call it. He will be joining the team for one last cook. Also joining the team for this Comp, and going forward from here is Tom Tompkins of Tbaum barbecue. Looking forward to getting my smoke on with these guys. Should be a blast! Stop by and say hello! Finishing in the top 10 in all three, with a pork championship at The Jim Beam BBQ Classic. We knew we were on to something. After extensive research and development with our crack team.
