Stan Laeno: I was always in love with cooking and creating new tastes and flavors for all types of cuisines. However, Cajun food was always special to me and many of my friends and family, because the flavor was both spicy and deep. a that always made for salivating palates even in the anticipation itself. When I started out it was good, but not "perfect". It wasn't until 2012 that I crafted something worthy of my own harsh criticism. One day when I was babysitting my 1 year and 6 month old grandson, Caleb, and blending spices, I perfected a spice blend that tasted, smelled, and looked so good when cooked with seafood. I realized that Caleb was a big part of the inspiration and the essence of the seafood spice I was creating. That was the day a new Cajun seasoning was born and was branded as Cajun Caleb Spice. Our credo is simple - enjoy life in all it's flavors... and, truly, Cajun seafood seasoning is among our favorite ways to enjoy life. Hungry or not, here comes Cajun Caleb Seafood Curry: Shrimp, Mussel and Clam cooked with coconut milk, curry, and Cajun Caleb Spice. The sauce of this dish is thick, spicy but not hot, so aromatic, a little sweetness and tanginess of lime made this dish one of my favorite. Very easy to cook, simply send me a post for the recipe.
