Friends and family, bring your own turkey or ham. I am smoking hams and frying turkeys for $15 EACH for Christmas. Hams will go on the smoker on Thursday night and be ready for pick up Friday morning (any size is fine, but no spiral cut ham). Turkeys can be scheduled for drop off and pick up throughout the day on Friday. Turkeys have to be 15 lbs or smaller. Thaw and remove inner bag. Bring turkey in a cooler and I will call you when ready for pickup.
