WHO SAID SALADS ARE BORING?! Definitely not our Asian Grilled Chicken Salad… it’s SO good… crunchy, fresh, packed with flavor, and BIG enough for @ TWO meals.

I really had to twist my Mom’s arm to get her on camera but you guys asked for her and she came through. lol. And, of course, she did it well because she’s always been cool, unique, and completely her own person. There’s truly no one like her. If you know, you know. ❤️

50 years ago, in a little deli in Baldwin, NY, a love story began…

My mom started working at the very first Ben’s location in 1976 — and, as fate would have it, that’s where she met my dad. 🥹

50 years, countless sandwiches, family memories, and so many customers later… the story continues.

Come hear it straight from the woman who was there from the very beginning…❤️🥪
