Textured Food Innovations Our company prepares contoured molded meals that look and taste like regular food for individuals requiring pureed food due to dysphagia.

Textured Food Innovations was formed by speech pathologists who have worked tirelessly to develop a technique to improve the presentation and taste of pureed food for individuals requiring a modified dysphagia diet. Our culinary chefs specialize in contoured pureed food that is prepared to look and taste like regular food but adheres to the guidelines established by The American Dietetic Association for Level 1 Modified Dysphagia Diets. Individuals with dysphagia can now look forward to eating delicious meals that taste homemade because they are prepared with fresh meat, poultry, vegetables and fruit. We even offer desserts and ice cream that are pureed. TFI offers a menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts and healthy snacks.
