Free workouts. Um yes please!

Starting this week, I'll be sharing a Keep It Simple, Sister (and Mister) series featuring bodyweight and calisthenic-style workouts that you can do almost anywhere.

One workout each week. No fluff. No fancy. Just simple, effective movement.

Athens and surrounding friends - we are stocked up in Rooted: ETX Local Goods + Market
We have singles of ground beef, primal ground beef, pan sausage, hot pan sausage, link jalapeno and cheese sausage, hot link jalapeno and cheese sausage.
We have 10 pound boxes of ground beef, 10 pound boxes of primal ground beef, and 10 and 20 pound homestead boxes.
Our homestead boxes consist of ground beef, steaks, and specialty cuts like roasts, stew meat or short ribs.

And the sourdough lady is also here making a bread drop 🥰
As always - our beef and lamb is grass fed and grass finished. Our pork and chicken are non GMO, corn free and soy free. And all our animals are vaccine, added hormone, and antibiotic free.
