After much consideration, we have decided not to open tomorrow,Saturday the 15th,due to staffing issues. We had to let 3 employees go tonight ,so that leaves us with no one to work.

I honestly feel like a broken record at this point and I’m really struggling. Im desperate to find the people that I need for my restaurant.

We are hiring immediately for next week and I will conduct interviews on Monday,August 17th at Roux.We’re needing full and part time servers and line cook.

Here are the MUSTS!
-Older than 20
-Have past work references
-Willing to work full time,Wednesday-Friday
-Willing to work on Saturdays as needed
-Flexible schedule
-Know how to work in stressful environment
-People friendly
-Dependable transportation
