New coffee has arrived and this one’s a treat. 🇨🇴🍌 Colombia Pink Bourbon Cake is sweet, complex, and tastes like dessert in coffee form.

Pink Bourbon varietal coffee cherries undergo a honey and banana co-ferment, creating a wildly expressive cup. We taste notes of banana, upside down cake, and Juicy Fruit. Creamy sweetness, ripe fruit, and just enough funky flavor make this a seriously fun cup to sip.

Produced by Forest Coffee and processed at El Vergel Estate in Colombia, Pink Bourbon Cake showcases the more experimental side of specialty coffee, using extended fermentation to push an already expressive variety into something even more unique. If you’re a fan of adventurous coffees and co-ferments, we think you’re going to enjoy this one. 🍰✨

Poetry Night returns September 26th 🖊️☕🎤

Join us Saturday 9/26 from 7-9pm at Evermore, in collaboration with Kendall A. Bell! We’ll kick things off with readings from the evening’s featured poets before opening up the mic to anyone who’d like to share a piece or two of their own.

Come to read, come to listen, or just come hang! All are welcome.

Doors open at 6:30pm, and the coffee bar will be open all night with plenty of decaffeinated options available.

As always, Poetry Night is an open and inclusive space for every voice. No themes or topics are off-limits, so please keep that in mind if bringing younger listeners along.

Today, we celebrate nine years of Evermore Coffee Roasters.

For nine years, Evermore has been more than just a place to grab a cup of coffee. It has been a space for conversations, familiar faces, first meetings, reconnections, and all the moments in between. We’ve had the privilege of watching friendships begin, relationships grow, and a community take shape right here within these walls.

To everyone who walks through our doors, whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or you’re visiting for the very first time, thank you. Your support, your stories, and your presence mean more to us than we could ever put into words.

We’re incredibly grateful to be able to serve not just coffee, but a space where people can gather, connect, celebrate, reflect, and simply be. Through the best of times and the hardest ones, we’re honored that Evermore can be a small part of your story.

So, from all of us, thank you for nine unforgettable years. Here’s to the memories we’ve made, the connections still to come, and hopefully many, many more years of Evermore.

Evermore’s Annual Affogato Party is back tomorrow as we celebrate 9 years of Evermore with the ultimate summer send off.

We’ll be serving scoops of the bent spoon ice cream topped with your choice of our Live Wire espresso or matcha from our friends at Ooika · Fresh Ground Matcha.

And because we’re celebrating, FREE drip coffee will be flowing all day long.

Happy 1 Year of Evermore to our dear Cooper! 🖤💛

Seems like just yesterday he was a regular who fell in love with the Evermore atmosphere, the coffee, and everything that makes this place feel like home. He loved Evermore so much that eventually, he became part of the crew!

One year later, he’s been behind the bar making sure every drink that leaves the counter is handled with the care, precision, and attention to detail that we’re all about.

Next time you see Cooper in the cafe, make sure to give him a shout and congratulate him on one year!

Still riding the high from yesterday. 🔥

This year’s Carbs & Coffee Riverfront Bash brought out our largest turnout yet… nearly 400 bikes!!! So many familiar faces, plenty of new ones, and such damn fine energy along the Burlington Riverfront.

A huge thank you to everyone who rode in, strolled over, grabbed a coffee, and supported our vendors. And an especially big thank you to all of the vendors who took a chance on joining us for our first-ever vendor market, along with the collaborators and event crew who helped make the day what it was. We couldn’t have done it without you!
