We posted that first picture five months ago with the caption "coming soon." We've officially been open for three months. We owe every bit of growth and success--every incredible moment serving premium artisanal coffee--to you!

Thank you for supporting us, sharing your stories, and telling others about us! We are tremendously grateful.

We've expanded our non-alcoholic coffee cocktail menu, added protein bars and pastries, and offer a treasure trove of knickknacks and decor.

And don't forget about Sursy's incredible selection of houseplants.

Speaking of which, downtown Burlington's Monster Mash is happening Friday, Oct. 16th, 5pm-8pm.

It's an incredible family event featuring live music, vendors, local business participation, and fun for the whole family (including safe streets closed off to vehicle traffic).

There are more layers to the full house-made approach as well.

For example, we use real vanilla bean paste for our vanilla syrup. We don't split and macerate our own vanilla beans in alcohol.

But we do make our salted caramel sauce by heating sugar, butter, heavy cream, and a bit of salt.

Our pastry chef, Dave, was director of bakeries for The Fresh Market. He took them to being awarded Best Bakery in the USA 2023 by USA TODAY.

After a three-month retirement, he realized he simply had to continue pursuing his passion in baking premium pastries and desserts, and began a small non-profit bakery right here in Burlington, NC.

We are thrilled and honored that he is dedicating a bit of his incredible passion and creativity to Rogue Walrus Brewhouse.

There is nearly 60% more nitrogen in the air than there is oxygen. This machine extracts this nitrogen from the air and infuses it into your cold brew coffee.

The result is a strong, smooth cold brew and a rich, creamy head, with a bit of subtle sweetness.

Absolutely incredible.
