That message stayed with me.

If something I create can make someone smile through tears or feel close to someone they miss, then I'm doing so much more than making desserts.

I'm helping turn memories into something you can hold, share, and cherish. And there is no greater privilege than that. ❤️🌹

A little different from our usual content, but we thought you might enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at the colors that bring our marshmallow flowers to life. 🌸

One of the biggest misconceptions about natural food colorings is that they can't be as vibrant as artificial ones. As you can see, that's simply not true - natural colorings can be every bit as beautiful, rich, and eye-catching.

For our marshmallow flowers, we typically use mostly natural colorings with a very small amount of artificial coloring in select shades to achieve the delicate details and refined color palette we're known for.

For those who prefer an all-natural option, we're happy to create marshmallow flowers using 100% natural colorings as well 🌸

We're curious which do you prefer: exclusively natural colorings, or a blend that offers the widest range of shades and details? Let us know below ✨
