What a weekend! Three beautiful catering events, three different experiences, and one incredible Takobar team making sure every detail was taken care of.

High-end catering is so much more than serving great food. It starts long before the guests arrive—planning, prepping, organizing my employees, transporting everything, cooking fresh on-site, creating a beautiful presentation, and making sure the service runs smoothly from beginning to end.

This weekend was about quality, presentation, professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail. I’m incredibly proud of what my team and I accomplished.

With 25 years in the restaurant and catering industry, I’ve learned that the difference is always in the details. Anyone can serve food—we want our clients and their guests to have an experience.
