We are a Caribbean Takeaway restaurant in Brentwood looking for friendly, and enthusiastic individuals who are hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

As one of our drivers you will be responsible for safely delivering food and drink orders in a timely manner. You will collect orders from the shop and deliver them to the homes of customers. We will provide you with the necessary details of your delivery.

You will have a contact line to deal with any of your personal queries.

Person specification:
- Must have a full licence
- Preferably motorcycle rider or car driver
- Previous experience in food delivery is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the area of Brentwood

Uniform:
Please wear all black. Company hat will be provided.

As a kitchen assistant you will work alongside the head chef to ensure the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Main responsibilities:
- Proficient food preparation, ensuring that the food always looks aesthetically pleasing.
- Competent with knife work to prepare quality garnishing
- To keep the kitchen and food storage areas hygienically clean and tidy
- To wash all cooking appliances and crockery
- To sanitise all food preparation areas

Person specification:
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work well under pressure
- Energetic, positive, and proactive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Kitchen experience is desirable but not necessary as full training is provided
- Level 2 Food hygiene and safety certificate preferable – training can be provided (at a cost).

We will provide the top half of your uniform (T-shirt, jumper, and hat).
You will need to come in with appropriate black trousers and kitchen appropriate shoes.
