Bubble Bubble is doing our first pop at the Whoopie Pie Festival in downtown Rutland on Saturday, September 12! This event we will be CASH ONLY so be sure to hit up the 🏧 first. We will be serving a limited menu and when we sell out we sell out, so come early for the most options. Festival is Noon - 4 and is FREE to attend!
