The first quarter has been filled with R&D and new product development. Recently EB & FLOW has been making COLD PRESSED JUICES that both quench your thirst and provide healing!

This concept was developed as an extension of our health and wellness initiative. Our participation and community outreach isn’t specific to one demographic. We’re healing the people one sip at a time!

We wrapped up Black History Month with Living Art Boston at the Museum of Africa American History in celebration of community, art, and our forefathers. served up cold pressed juices and confections while honoring history and family.

The tells a story of origin separate from what’s presented mainstream. The history of the African American community in Boston has roots that run deeper than the Freedom Trail. I learned of people who were vital to the advancement of Civil Rights and stood in the same place Fredrick Douglas once did, reminding me how powerful my voice is. The experience was both educational and fulfilling.
So much pride was felt taking space in the energy of the revolutionaries.

Founded by a Latiaya Grooms, a Licensed Psychotherapist with a foundation in social work, Talk With Tiaya is an avid advocate for children affected by the foster care system. Geared towards reconnecting children with their families, Talk With Tiaya creates opportunity for people to partake in impactful philanthropy. Many children in the foster care system move from house to house sometimes never finding a permanent home. Lack of security and family values in tandem with circumstantial socioeconomic factors can potentially have negative impact on the development of a child. Join us 🗓️Feb 7th to decorate duffle bags 🎨🎒to help lighten the load on their journey.

Oaxacan Old Fashion 🇲🇽🍹

This cocktail highlights La Brecha Tequila Reposado. A smooth, clean and easy drinking spirit! La Breacha is black owned manufactured and distributed right here in Mass by Raindrop Liquor Distributor LLC

Try an option that’s cleaner than the big names. Check your local package store for a bottle, you won’t be disappointed!

COCKTAIL RECIPE 🍹

⭕️La Brecha Reposado: 1.5oz
⭕️Vida mezcal: .5oz
⭕️Agave Syrup: .25oz
⭕️Orange Bitters: 2 dashes

1. Combine ingredients in mixing tin, add ice.
2. Stir to chill and dilute until homogeneous.
3. Serve in a double old fahion glass with a large ice cube. 🧊
4. Garnish with a dehydrated orange
5. Enjoy responsibly 🥂
