Employee Spotlight: Dixie 🤍

Dixie has been with us since shortly after we opened, and we’re so glad she’s part of our team! Her favorite part of working here? The people she gets to work alongside.

Outside of work, you’ll find Dixie baking, doing little crafts, or getting lost in a good book. She and her boyfriend also love catching a movie and trying out new restaurants! 🍿📚

Meet Scotty, one of our amazing bartenders behind the bar at Coa Cantina! For him, the best part of the job is easily the people, great coworkers, good company, and a team that makes every shift more fun.

When he’s not mixing drinks, you can usually find him hiking, riding his bike, or hanging out with friends and coworkers after work.

Scotty brings a laid-back, fun energy behind the bar, and we’re so glad he’s part of the Cantina Crew! 💛
