Some years ago our owner made and sold cheesesteaks in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia. As time went on, he realized how much he enjoyed making cheesesteaks and interacting with his customers so he became a small business owner of his own successful cheesesteak food truck averaging 800+ cheesesteaks every month. Our cheesesteaks are truly authentic right down to the Hearth Baked Amoroso rolls shipped direct to us from their location in Philadelphia. A real cheesesteak can’t get more authentic.
