The opening of The Lucky Fig this summer changes a lot of things.

One thing it won't change? Our commitment to the private dining and event catering side of the business that got us here in the first place.

From intimate anniversary dinners to wedding weekends, family celebrations, and corporate events, we'll continue to grow and invest in the off-site experiences that have become the heart of AMA.

Truthfully, we just love what we do.

There's something special about walking into someone's home, transforming it into a restaurant for the evening, and creating memories around a table filled with great food and the people who matter most.

The Lucky Fig is an exciting new chapter, but it's an addition—not a replacement.

We'll still be loading trucks, firing up portable kitchens, plating courses in dining rooms across the Lowcountry, and saying yes to the events that allow us to do what we love every day.

Coastal soul meets Italian heritage.

On March 19th, we’re teaming up with , founder of , for a special dinner at celebrating their incredible grains milled right here in the Lowcountry.

Each course highlights Marsh Hen Mill’s stone-ground corn and rice — from Carolina Gold “risotto” to Jimmy Red focaccia and more — brought together through AMA’s Italian x American-inspired approach to seasonal cooking.

Greg will be joining us to share the story behind the grains that have helped define Southern cooking for generations.

A beautiful night of food, history, and local flavor.

Next Saturday, March 7, we’re back at Co. for CHICKEN PARM POP-UP #2 — starting at 1 PM and rolling straight through until sellout.

Our first one sold out in two hours, so if you’re planning to come, getting there early is your best move. Same menu as last time, plus one new addition:

A simple, nostalgic finish we’ve had nonstop requests for. You're welcome.

We don't get to do this often: book out entirely, turn on show mode, and just cook with zero guardrails.

But for our friends Abby & Zack from and family? Easy yes.

And it turned into one of our favorite menus we've ever put down.

Course by course:
Parmigiano Reggiano Bombolone
Squash blossom → polenta, anchovy aioli, Meyer lemon Local fluke crudo → blood orange, yuzu, Calabrian chili Agnolotti del plin
Lasagna Bianca → white truffle & wild mushroom
Dry-aged duck → farro, rainbow chard, cherry mostarda Burnt honey semifreddo to land the plane
