What a special day at Aicholtz! ❤️🍟

We had the incredible opportunity to welcome Skye Anderson, President of McDonald’s USA, along with Gino Potesta and Danielle Marasco, to Ison Family Restaurants.

There is nothing better than bringing leadership into the restaurant and giving our teams the opportunity to show what they do every single day. Our Aicholtz team absolutely SHINED! 🌟

We were proud to share our restaurant, our people, and some of the ideas on running great restaurants!

Thank you, Skye, for taking the time to listen, ask questions and engage with our team. Having conversations where the restaurant voice is at the center is incredibly valuable.

And most importantly, THANK YOU to our Aicholtz team! You represented Ison Family Restaurants beautifully and showed exactly what Serving Up Happy looks like. ❤️💛

A little extra ENERGY for our restaurant teams today! ⚡️❤️💛

A huge thank you to Red Bull for stopping by our restaurants to celebrate our teams, drop off a little thank-you, and help us get excited about the new Red Bull Energizers at McDonald’s!

Our teams are the ones bringing new products to life every day—learning them, serving them, and creating great experiences for our customers. We loved seeing them get a little recognition (and energy!) in return.

Thanks, Red Bull, for showing our people some love—and cheers to the launch of the new Red Bull Dragonberry Energizer! ⚡️🥤

We are excited to share a new partnership between Ison Family Restaurants and Indiana State University that creates another pathway for our people to invest in their futures. 🎓

This partnership is especially meaningful to our family because Jeff Chamness is a proud Indiana State alumnus. His degree from Indiana State helped give him the foundation to build a successful career and become the leader he is today. The education, relationships and experiences he gained at ISU have continued to serve him throughout his career.

Through Indiana State’s Preferred Partner Program, our employees now have access to:

* In-state tuition regardless of where they live
* PLUS 15% tuition discount
* Waived application fee
* Online and on-campus degree programs
* The ability to combine these benefits with McDonald’s Archways to Opportunity tuition assistance

We believe one of the best investments we can make is in our people. We want to help them build careers while also giving them the tools and opportunities to pursue bigger goals wherever those goals may take them.

For Jeff, Indiana State was an important part of that journey and his success with McDonald’s. We’re proud to now help make that same opportunity more accessible and affordable for the people of Ison Family Restaurants.

When our people grow, we all grow. ❤️💛 Go Trees!

Some of Ison Family Restaurants Supervisors, General Managers, and Office Staff traded their usual roles for aprons and spend the day cooking lunch for the families staying at Ronald McDonald House. ❤️💛

It was a great opportunity to come together outside of our restaurants and do what we do best—serve others. Knowing that a warm meal can make one small part of a difficult day a little easier makes this time together even more meaningful.

So proud of this team for continuing to live our mission of Serving Up Happy Through Moments of Joy—inside our restaurants and throughout our community.
