Today was a co-workers last day, so in her honor I made snickers cupcakes ! Chocolate cake filled with caramel filling and topping white a chocolate/peanut butter/marshmallow frosting and garnished with snickers pieces. Unfortunately I didn’t think about the filling being too warm to pipe the frosting and they melted into a mess (these were honestly the better looking ones).
