Well the last dance at Gathering of Nations came and has gone. Man it was definitely an experience selling. The best part was the atmosphere of the customers. Everyone was patient and friendly. I am so thankful we had the opportunity to offer our business to this event. Forever grateful for you all who came and just the ones who stopped by to see if we were okay. We were a two man show with Jeri maneuvering softball games at the same time. But I will say this… My mama Maie Sam is a beast when it comes to helping and supporting us since day one. I will say this, without her I probably wouldn’t have gone this far with the business. My stepdad Danny also came in clutch making sure we were good with the set up and all the hardware of things. I do appreciate him very much as well. My two nieces, Eliza Walker and Leiyalynn Yazzie, thank you for helping me when it was most needed. My day was calm and fun with you two there. To my Jeri, thank you for always, I mean always supporting me with the business. I know it gets hard and tiring some days but we manage to not be divorced by the end of each show. lol. I love you!!

Last but not least, THANK YOU to all of the customers who waited in line for hours, you all are what make our business flow and keep moving forward. So many asked us to go to their reservations and offered places to stay and be. I’m sooo amazed and see how much you all support and appreciate us.

All in all, a great week in good ol’ burque! Time for softball and eat something good before we head home.

We love you all and please keep being awesome out there. Love one another but most of all, keep loving yourself. You are important and you matter ❀️

I remember in the day I used to be out and about at all of the GON events with friends. It was the best time ever with no drama or having to look over our backs, just pure fun. Now we are doing what we love, playing softball and running a business during GON. I sure do love how we’ve grown up and grown together. Wouldn’t have it any other way.

Don’t forget to come see us Friday and Saturday at the Powwow. Southwest side of the food courtyard / in front of Stage 49. Look for our banner and pink lights!! πŸ’œπŸ’—
