Seven years ago we opened our doors to a welcoming Birmingham that we have loved serving every day! Thank you so much for being part of the magic of the story of why our Mai Tai rocks, why collard greens are baked into our cornbread, and how even today after nearly 100 years the Zombie is still a limit of 2 per guest.

Chef Ippolito’s new Red Snapper is incredible and launching on our menu tonight!

The Crisp-skinned, pan-seared snapper is over a collard green moqueca, a Brazilian-inspired stew of tomato, peppers, and spring greens simmered in coconut milk with paprika, cayenne, and coriander. It’s so light, creamy and delicious!

He finished it with charred scallion salsa verde, crispy plantain scales, chili oil, and herbs.

We open now and can’t wait to see you.

A crisp refresher featuring peak-season 2025 Boyd Family Farm strawberries, sous vide and infused into Rainwater Madeira, then rested for a year to mellow and preserve a taste of Alabama spring—much like the finest amaros and liqueurs. We then take this bright, expressive Madeira and shake it with vodka, lemon oleo, and peach, finishing with sparkling cava.
