Chef Ippolito’s new Red Snapper is incredible and launching on our menu tonight!

The Crisp-skinned, pan-seared snapper is over a collard green moqueca, a Brazilian-inspired stew of tomato, peppers, and spring greens simmered in coconut milk with paprika, cayenne, and coriander. It’s so light, creamy and delicious!

He finished it with charred scallion salsa verde, crispy plantain scales, chili oil, and herbs.

We open now and can’t wait to see you.

Strawberry Royale 🍓
A crisp refresher featuring peak-season 2025 Boyd Family Farm strawberries, sous vide and infused into Rainwater Madeira, then rested for a year to mellow and preserve a taste of Alabama spring—much like the finest amaros and liqueurs. We then take this bright, expressive Madeira and shake it with vodka, lemon oleo, and peach, finishing with sparkling cava.
