FOUR weddings in ONE day! 🥂

Four venues. Four beautiful couples. Four different menus. And 8 rockstar bartenders who made it all happen!

On Saturday, Rolling Spirits was at two weddings in Galesburg, one in Dubuque, and one in Webster City. Hearing such kind words from our couples afterward meant so much to me.

People ask, “How do you do four weddings in one day?” The answer is my team. I have bartenders I trust to show up, take care of our couples, and give every event the attention it deserves.

Years of managing restaurants taught me how much planning and good systems matter. But those systems only work because of the people behind the bar. I’m so proud of this crew! ❤️

Emails, contracts, shopping lists, menus, alcohol calculations, supplier runs, organizing the trailer, cleaning coolers, washing supplies, payroll—the list goes on.
