Chef Bruce's Apple Butter is simmering, and this will be the first Panorama preserve we're gonna can and sell in our gift shop and at Fairfax Coffee House during the Apple Butter Festival. This is both your papaw's apple butter, and a new, uniquely spiced and perfect spread.

It's a new week, and we're making Apple Butter. Chef Bruce has been working on our recipe, and it's a 10 out of 10, according to the judges!

Sweet Cheezus! Our signature burger, as always, is a blend of Eaders beef and lamb. This one is topped with peppered bacon and brie, and paired with our homemade jam. This decadent, sweet & savory burger will be sweetened up with our homemade apple butter for guests visiting for Berkeley Springs' 51st annual Apple Butter Festival.
