Delicious healthy composed salads to start the year right. By me so the 1st. Salad is Seasonal mixed grilled vegetables quinoa salad fried chick peas with pickled onions Lemon vinaigrette. 2nd. Roasted Atlantic salmon salad with shaved Fennel’s x baby arugula and cherry heirloom tomatoes with creamy horseradish sauce. 3rd. I did Apple cider poached golden apples shredded radicchio x baby arugula x goat cheese, pomegranate seeds and candied walnuts honey yogurt dressing. 4th salad was Balsamic roasted Brussels sprouts x mixed greens x dried cranberries x candied pecans with a pomegranate seed dressing. #2019 @ Bergen, New Jersey
