At Fledge Coffee, we adhere to the Specialty Coffee Association’s cupping score standard, where coffees scoring above 80 are considered specialty grade. While our coffees always meet a minimum score of 83, they consistently score even higher, reflecting our commitment to exceptional quality and flavor.

Our philosophy is simple: we only offer 3 varieties, which allows us to the focus on roasting the best possible version of each.
