A Bittersweet Goodbye… For Now ☕❤️

After a lot of thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to close the Appaloosa Spirit Cafe coffee trailer.

Due to the new permitting regulations and the significant increase in operating costs, continuing to operate the trailer is no longer financially sustainable. While this chapter is coming to an end, we’re incredibly grateful for every customer, every conversation, and every cup of coffee we’ve had the honor of serving.

This weekend will be our final weekend at the trailer, and we’d love to see everyone one last time!

But this isn’t necessarily the end…

👀 Stay tuned! We’re exploring the possibility of opening a permanent brick-and-mortar location, and we’re excited about what the future may hold. While nothing is official yet, we’re hopeful this goodbye to the trailer could be the beginning of an even bigger adventure.
